About the Company
Founded in 2019, MNA Upstream Ventures provides specialised business consultancy and advisory to the Oil and Gas, maritime and renewable energy industries. Our focus is to assist our customers to evaluate investment opportunities and implement their business strategy.
The founding partners accumulate over 30 years of international experience and proven track records in the areas of Finance (including auditing and consulting), Operations Management and Commercial and Business Development.
The company is established in the UAE and the partners possess large experience in most international markets.

Bruno Morand
Bruno holds a B.Eng. degree in Industrial Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro University (UERJ) and Executive Education in Energy from Cox School of Business from SMU Dallas, USA. With 15 years of experience in offshore drilling services, his executive assignments include business development and joint ventures, operational management, investors and government relations.
Rafael Andrade
Rafael holds a Business Economics degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro University (UERJ) and Executive Education in Energy from Cox School of Business from SMU Dallas, USA. With over two decades of experience in managing Oil and Gas businesses, with focus in drilling, Rafael Andrade offers a unique blend of leadership and expertise in the financial and commercial areas.
